Going backwardsIf you find your regular training is not challenging you enough, or you think it is time you did something a little different; like running backwards. Backwards shuttle runs on a flat surface, or backwards hill climb sprints are always a fun alternative to regular aerobic training. They help with balance, get you using your muscles in different ways...and they looks silly...but who wants a boring training session?! Try this!
