General Group Fitness

All general group fitness classes, and small group personal training can now be booked directly online (or on your phone), using PT Minder. You can download the PT Minder app to your Apple or Android phone.

  1. Open the PT Minder app, or view online, and from the Available Classes, click on the class or group PT you would like to attend.
  2. Choose whether to purchase a membership or class package, or pay for a single, casual class. 
  3.  Click 'Buy' to view the details of the package you want.
  4. Review the details of the package, then click 'Buy Package'. 
  5. Enter your payment details to confirm your booking (secure processing via PayPal, or Stripe). 

 

Private Group Personal Training Availability

Small groups of 2-4 people for those who want something more than a general group fitness class, but are not necessarily looking for 1 on 1 private personal training. 

If you’d prefer private or group sessions at a different time than those listed, get in touch with me and I’ll let you know what other times I have available that might suit your needs.

All Metafit sessions can be performed low impact - you set the intensity! For more information on Metafit, click here

Circuit training assists to improve mobility, strength and endurance. Comprising various strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another for a certain time, or specified number of repetitions, then progressing to the next exercise. A fun way to learn new exercises and improve the ones you already know.

Core Foundations is a stand-alone 10 week program. It involves all low impact exercises and is suitable for all genders and fitness levels. You can find out more here

Training Reminder: You must confirm your attendance prior to every session. 

  • All Metafit classes will commence with 4 people minimum.
  • All group sessions are $15 for a casual session, or as per package options. (Ask me about these!)
  • Core Foundations classes will commence with 6 people minimum.
  • All bookings are tentative and not guaranteed until payment is made. 
  • Payment is required in advance for all sessions.
  • All general group classes will be capped at 12 or less clients, depending on location.
