What You Get

What You Need:

* A before photo of yourself, and measurements so you can see what a difference 6 weeks makes!
* A small area of space to workout in.

* Comfortable clothes.
* Good gym shoes.
* Plenty of water.
* A positive attitude.
* Self motivation.

The Program Is:

* Email based.
* Convenient - do it at your own pace, when it suits you.
* Straightforward.
* Able to be performed anywhere.

Potential Option:

* If there is enough interest from Melbourne based people, I might put together some discounted group classes for subscribers. Locations would be Caulfield North, Surrey Hills and perhaps Kensington.
If you want this, you have to let me know and I'll make it happen!

There are No:

* Monthly memberships.
* Gym fees.
* Quick fixes or gimmicks.
* Crap promises.
* Equipment required (some days I will specify a few basic pieces of equipment, but will offer alternatives for those who have none).

This is a 6 week email based exercise program. The nutrition guide is a bonus and it's up to you to choose how much of each you are willing to do.  As with everything in life, the more dedicated you are and the better the effort you make, the better the results you should get. I'll hold your hand when you ask, but I can't do the work for you. That's up to you...and I know you can do it!
