October will be the 10th anniversary of my fitness career! The business has undergone a lot of changes, including a couple of name changes, a few relocations, and made it this far!
I've made some great friends, shared some fabulous successes, and seen some amazing mental and physical transformations along the way; a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. Mine and yours!
